Accessibility

Gary wants mortgage education and contact options to be usable by as many people as possible, and accessibility remains an ongoing practice.

01

Our approach

The website is designed with semantic headings, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus indicators, readable type, color contrast, descriptive links, responsive layouts, labeled form controls, identified errors, and meaningful alternative text. The interface allows browser zoom and does not intentionally disable text enlargement.

02

Need assistance?

If content or a feature is difficult to use, call or text Gary at 904-759-6837 or email gburmeister@firstcoastmtg.com. Describe the page, problem, assistive technology if you wish, and the format or assistance you need. Do not include sensitive mortgage information in an accessibility message.

03

No conformance guarantee

These practices do not represent a legal opinion, certification, or guarantee of compliance with a particular accessibility standard. Automated checks cannot replace keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, contrast, and user testing.

04

Ongoing work

Future calculators, forms, media, documents, integrations, and design changes require accessibility review before release. Confirmed barriers should be prioritized for correction and documented for follow-up.
